The Freemasons Charity Survey

Take just 5 minutes out of your day to complete our survey and you’ll go in the draw to win flights for two to Communication ’08 in Christchurch, or a year’s subscription for two magazines of your choice.

The Freemasons Charity is embarking on a new national project for 2008 but to do that we need your help. We want to know what YOU think WE should be focusing on for 2008 so complete our survey and together we can decide on a worthy cause to support.

All you have to do is go online to www.freemasons.co.nz and complete the survey. It takes but 5 minutes and YOU COULD BE THE LUCKY WINNER! In order to participate in the survey you need to register with the website, so please ensure that you have done this first...

Come on guys and gal’s, get cracking and let us know what you think we should be doing and where we should be going for 2008

Give it a go... WHAT HAVE YOU GOT TO LOSE?

A Letter from a Fellow Freemason

There is a “Selenium” study being conducted by the University of Auckland, Medical School as to the effects of Selenium with regards to Men’s Prostate Cancer. The study requires 600 men between the ages of 20 and 70 years old.

What is involved?

- Being contacted by the study group.
- Being sent out a questionnaire.
- Attending their clinic to give some blood.
- They will send you some Selenium capsules for you to take
1 per day- for 6 months. Then return to the clinic to give another
   blood sample. That is all.

The study has been going on for approximately 1 year but they require another 260 men (approx) As this is all about MENS health and as we have been pushing for men’s health during recent times, I feel that this would be an ideal project for the brethren to become involved with.

I would greatly appreciate you publishing my requests for more volunteers for this study.

Anyone willing to participate can contact me on
Home phone: 09 827-1112.
E-mail:  taylortgn@xtra.co.nz

Many thanks

Kind regards

W Bro. Evan Taylor
