oh oh, i am a member of both a rosicrucian ad masonic lodge, have even mentioned it to the brethern and no one has said nought to me.
in fact i would go as far as to say that the rituals performed in the R+C lodge, have more of a enlightening effect than the ritual of freemasonry.
and im not the only f/M associated with the R+C lodge either...theres quite a few others there to...
theres a conversation starter for you...
Although similar to F/M, the R+C lodge and its setup run quite differently i assure you, hell the Hermetic Philosophy intertwined in both lodges has the same message. Be a good bugger and help those around you, then the world will start to be a better, isnt that the whole point no?

"A.M.O.R.C., in spite of its advertised claims, is really a fairly recent society, formed by a Mr. Spencer Lewis and his family. Its form is imitative of Freemasonry to the degree that membership of it is incompatible with membership of the Craft.
"In addition, A.M.O.R.C. is affilliated to other Quasi-Masonic bodies whose actions are not approved by regular Freemasonry."
CR21 of the Book of Constitution states that it is a Masonic offence for a Brother to attend, support or associate with any organisation not recognised by Grand Lodge but which purports to mimic or copy the Masonic Ritual or Ceremonies."
